The following reports were filed Wednesday by the Lee County Sheriff's Office and the Tupelo Police Department. Lee County Sheriff's Office. A County Road 1650 Tupelo woman said someone used her name and personal information to open a checking account with Chase Bank. She learned of the fraud when she got a Chase debit card in the mail.
