Altaf Halde is joining Network Intelligence as global business head from November 01, 2017. The cybersecurity consulting firm Network Intelligence has appointed Altaf Halde to drive its cybersecurity business globally.
The 400-employee company headquartered in Mumbai will be spearheaded by industry expert Altaf Halde in the role as Cyber Security Global Business Head.

Halde in his previous role was managing director for South Asia at Kaspersky Lab for over six and half years. He has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity with responsibilities that have included enterprise account management, channel management, critical infrastructure and government relations.
Network Intelligence, incorporated in 2001, is a well-established provider of cybersecurity security and products working from offices in New York, Dubai and Mumbai. With a passionate focus on research and innovation, the company has built strong capability around the use of Big Data for Security Analytics, Red Team Assessments, Incident Response, and Security Automation.
Network Intelligence’s client list includes major global banks, energy companies, heavy industry, healthcare, and technology firms.

In his previous role Altaf was instrumental in growing the Kaspersky Lab’s product business faster than competition as per analyst reports. He was also responsible for launching and building the security services arm of Kaspersky Lab with offerings around Threat Intelligence, Cyber Security Trainings, Penetration Testing, SCADA Security Assessments, Incident Response and Digital Forensics.
Prior to Kaspersky, Altaf headed the business for other cyber security MNCs such as Sophos PLC, Utimaco and Pointsec.
Altaf started his career in 1993 as major account executive for Quantum System Software
